Meet Frances Powell, Customer Service, Membership 
and Member Programs

As MAFSI expands its membership and enhances member programs, we are delighted to announce that Frances Powell has joined MAFSI as our new Customer Service, Membership, and Member Programs leader, effective immediately. Frances has two years of expertise in marketing, logistics, and branding, having most recently served as the Director of Logistics for Bauble Stockings, a luxury holiday brand. In this role, she managed logistics operations, coordinated product launches, and executed marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. She also held a sales and marketing position with Jackson Hole Mountain Sports School. With this experience, Frances is well-equipped to galvanize our member benefits, enhance and elevate our offerings, and drive new initiatives to strengthen MAFSI’s position as a thought leader in the foodservice industry.

Frances is a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for building strong brand identities and fostering meaningful connections. While relatively new to the foodservice industry, her experience in logistics, marketing strategy, and project management brings a fresh perspective to MAFSI. She is committed to delivering tangible benefits, valuable services, and unparalleled education to our members, all while continuously learning and growing within the industry.
Frances is honored to be part of our instrumental and progressive group and chose to work with MAFSI because of the positive impact and influence we have throughout the industry. She shares our belief that the rep-manufacturer system is the best and only way of going to market in our space and looks forward to positioning our organization for serious growth.

Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Georgia and resides in Atlanta, GA.
