What a great question! We are all looking forward to The NAFEM Show '25, Feb. 26-28 in Atlanta. And lucky for us, NAFEM’s Executive President, Deirdre Flynn, CFSP, held a Webinar on Dec. 10 to go over everything a MAFSI Rep Member needs to know. Below are the highlights from the webinar.

Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of the event:

1. Early Access Badges for MAFSI Rep Firm Members

• Free Early Access Badges for MAFSI Rep Firms: As a member of MAFSI, your agency personnel will be issued complimentary badges (reg. price $40 each) which will have your company name on the badge. This is an exclusive MAFSI Rep Member benefit. These badges allow the same access to the show floor as manufacturer exhibitor badges. You will be allowed on the floor at 7:00 am each day (same hours as your manufacturers), including set-up days. Learn more here.
• Rep Firm Badge Details: Your badge will feature a purple strip. Ensure you register with the code to access these benefits.
• Badges will be on site for pick up. Badges will not be mailed out this year.

2. Show Schedule and Location

• Show Dates: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Show Hours: Wednesday & Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Location: Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta

3. Key Events

• NAFEM Kickoff Party: Tuesday, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM, GWCC.
• MAFSI Membership Meeting & Cocktail: Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM at GWCC. Free to MAFSI members, but pre-registration is required.
• The NAFEM Party: Thursday, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Mercedes-Benz Stadium featuring OneRepublic. Tickets available for purchase.

4. Registration Updates

• Business Services/Supplier Attendees: Badge cost is now $750.
• Alumni Reclassification: Roles and companies will be carefully reviewed to ensure correct categorization.

5. Fraud Prevention

6. “Find Your Wow”

• This year’s theme, Find Your Wow, reflects the bold, bright, and innovative spirit of the show. Don’t miss this chance to connect, discover, and celebrate with the industry’s best.

7. Highlights

• Center Stage: Panel discussions and live interviews return, offering education credits.
• What’s Hot, What’s Cool Gallery: Featuring 75 new products with guided tours and expert Q&A sessions.
• Show App: Launched on January 13, it includes exhibitor tools and a reverse lead retrieval feature. Access remains active until November 2026 for follow-ups.

9. CFSP Support

• Business Center Access: Exclusive to CFSP members with 2024 dues paid and activity credit loaded.
• Wall of Fame: Now electronic, with flexibility to update credentials on-site if necessary.
• Credit Opportunities:
  
  • Partnered programs and MAFSI Pantry of Knowledge are approved for CFSP credits.
  • Manufacturer training, online courses, and webinars qualify. Proof of participation is essential.
