The industry's only training program on the channel and channel partners.

  • Would you like to make sure your staff receives the same training and information every time?

  • Would you like a training program to explain the channel partners and their complex relationship for you?

  • Would you like to save thousands in the training process of onboarding a new employee?

Foodservice 101 benefits all employees, no matter their level of experience. It is the only industry training program that explains the intricacies of the channel partners' relationships, roles, and responsibilities, how we work together to serve the operator, and even foodservice math!

  • For rep firm owners and manufacturing executives: Learn how to significantly shorten your on-boarding of new hires within your organizations. And, as an owner, you know that the employee is being told the correct information and not someone’s opinion.

  • For students (7 years or less in the industry): By addressing each of the five families represented in our industry (reps, dealers, manufacturers, consultants and service agencies), trainees will grasp the impact of each silo (or family) within the industry, and learn how the quality contributions of each is paramount to the success of our industry.

Join the 500+ satisfied MAFSI members and channel partners who have completed the curriculum. We guarantee you'll love it too, or your money back!
