What is Specifi SpecLink?

Specifi SpecLink is a new integration from SpecPath and Specifi Quote that securely transfers your rep firm’s uploaded project data automatically from SpecPath into Specifi Quote via Specifi SpecLink. And it’s included for free in your Specifi Quote subscription! Learn more about Specifi Quote and then email them to sign up today.

How does Specifi SpecLink Work?

SpecPath Rep Firm subscribers upload their 11-4000 PDF specifications for processing in SpecPath, which are then run through the system to sort the data. The system goes line by line, looking for the makes, models, quantities, etc. Once SpecPath has parsed the data, our QA’s review the data to ensure it is correct. 

Your SpecPath project data is then transferred to Specifi Quote, and when it is time to build a quote, Specifi SpecLink will ensure your project’s items, brands, models, accessories, and project details will be ready and waiting for you in Specifi Quote. Quoting the dealer is now faster and easier than ever before.

When will Specifi SpecQuote and Specifi SpecLink be available to MAFSI Rep Firm Members?

You can sign up for Specifi Quote by emailing them today, and Specifi SpecLink (included free-of-charge in your Specifi Quote subscription price) launches later this month at The NAFEM Show ’25 in Atlanta.

What is the cost for Specifi Quote and Specifi SpecLink?

Specifi will offer the following pricing for MAFSI Rep Firms that sign up by April 30^th:

• 1^st Year: $295 per MAFSI rep firm personnel for Specifi Quote (includes Specifi SpecLink)
• 2^nd Year: $395 per MAFSI rep firm personnel for Specifi Quote (includes Specifi SpecLink)
• 3^rd Year: $495 per MAFSI rep firm personnel for Specifi Quote (includes Specifi SpecLink)

What if my Rep Firm is not a current SpecPath Subscriber?

No worries. You can still sign up for Specifi Quote and manually enter your project data for quotes. However, if you want hands-free quoting through Specifi SpecLink, your Rep Firm must be a SpecPath subscriber.

2. Revised Conference Date for MAFSI 2026

At the request of The La Quinta Resort & Club, we've moved our conference dates to a week later than originally announced.

MAFSI 2026 will now be held on January 25 - 28, 2026 in sunny Palm Springs, California.

See you in a few weeks at The NAFEM Show '25 and our MAFSI Membership Meeting & Cocktail Party, Weds., Feb. 26 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the GWCC.
